Since I did a run/bike combo yesterday as well as a 14 miler on Saturday I understood my legs were due for a rest. I took a bit 2 mile walk to get up as well as came house for the usual fare.

I quite much avoided the computer all weekend so I have a great deal of work to do today! Luckily, I realized Monday would be hectic as well as I thawed some poultry last night. I dumped it in the crockpot as well as dinner tonight is done!

After breakfast I hit the pool for a few laps. I went to Pam’s master swim class, however did my own thing. I do requirement to work on type as well as drills, however I just wished to swim 200 meters in a row to see exactly how it felt. Well, it was hard! (Which only makes me recognize exactly how much I truly requirement to work on type as well as breathing!!) however I did it.
