This indicates I’ll be running less as well as will have a lot more time as well as energy for some much needed stamina training. I am horrible about balancing cardio with stamina as well as want to enhance on this. But, I don’t have a ton of time or resources so I made a decision to utilize something I already have – Jillian’s 30 Day Shred.

I plan on doing this dvd for Camiseta Selección de fútbol de Bélgica the next 33 days or so. The plan is to do each of the three levels for ten days. I will be taking my long run days off from this (even when they begin to decrease) so it will work out to last up until ideal before the race.

I am hoping this will assist keep my spirits as well as motivation high while still letting my “running parts” rest ? If I do feel like I’m not getting sufficient rest or taper, I’ll cut back. I am great about getting sufficient rest, depend on me.

This morning I did level 1 as well as took a short walk for some exercise. Then, it was time for a magnificent Sunday breakfast.

I made French toast with sandwich thins dipped in an egg batter with cinnamon as well as chia seeds.

I always cook up the additional egg batter for some additional protein. Yum, eggs with syrup!

and freshly cut watermelon. I understand H2O melon season is pertaining to a close, however this is still delicious!

Training for a marathon is no joke. I recognize that  often I am difficult on myself. as well as often I’m as well simple on myself too. Luckily, I’m a grown ass guy lady as well as I get to be the manager of these things.

I dream of breaking 4 hours in my marathon.

I dream of someday qualifying for Boston.

These dreams will not be accomplished by throwing pennies in wanting wells. These dreams will be accomplished by me training like an athlete, eating like an athlete as well as treating myself like an athlete. It won’t always be pretty, however it will be quite poor ass.
