Hello! I started my bit day with 8 minute abs as well as a 2 mile walk with Ben. I have my running group tonight as well as wished to take it simple this morning  

Breakfast was an egg sandwich as well as watermelon. The great news is the egg sandwich rocked. The poor news is, watermelon is not ripe yet. I chosen a great one too! So, I just believe it’s a bit early in the season for it.
